Bourgeons de pissenlit 

Vinaigre

Sel

Graines de moutarde

Recette

Ramassez les bourgeons de pissenlit tant qu'ils n'apparaissent pas lorsqu'on les presse.

Faites-les bouillir dans du vinaigre avec une pincée de sel. Ecumer et verser dans des verres. Ajoutez des graines de moutarde. Portez à nouveau le vinaigre à ébullition et remplissez les verres avec.
