Ingrédients

1 kg 

de farine paysanne

1 c.s. 

de sel

40 g 

de levure

6 dl 

d’eau

oignons

lard en dés

Recette

Etuver les oignons et le lard et les laisser refroidir.

Préparer une pâte levée et y pétrir les oignons et le lard. Former des croissants.

Cuire au four préchauffé à 220-240°C, pendant 25 à 50 minutes selon la taille.
