Ingrédients

750 g 

de courge

250 g 

de pommes (Boskop)

1 c. s. 

d’acide citrique

0.5 dl 

de vin blanc

800 g 

de sucre gélifiant

½ c. c. 

de cannelle

½ c. c. 

de gingembre

Recette

Porter à ébullition les courges, les pommes, l’acide citrique, le vin blanc et 500 g de sucre gélifiant puis réduire en purée.

Ajouter les 300 g de sucre gélifiant restants, la cannelle et le gingembre, cuire jusqu’à ce que la confiture se gélifie.
