Ingrédients

blancs d’oeufs

90 g 

de sucre

1 c.c. 

de cécule de mais (Maizena)

30 g 

de sucre glace

Recette

Battre les blanc oeufs et de sucre en neige très ferme. Mélanger le maizena et le sucre glace aux blanc oeufs.

Mettre deux ailes et un cou de cygne sur une plaque à gâteau. Cuire deux heures à 100 dégrés.

Avec meringues et chantilly former d’un cygne dans un «lac» de lait de  sauce au chocolat.
