Ingrédients

100 g 

de beurre

125 g 

de sucre

oeufs

1 prise 

de sel

orange (zeste et jus)

250 g 

de farine

1 c.c. 

de poudre à lever

Recette

Battre le beurre et le sucre en mousse. Ajouter les oeufs, le sel, le zeste et le jus de l’orange, mélanger. Ajouter la farine et la poudre à lever. 

Verser dans un moule réfractaire graissé et cuire 60 minutes au four à 180°C. Préparer un glaçage avec du sucre glace et du jus d’orange, glacer la tourte.
