Ingrédients

200 g 

de beurre

oeufs

200 g 

de sucre

1 paquet 

de sucre vanillé

200 g 

de farine

1 paquet 

de poudre à lever

300 g 

de rhubarbe

Recette

Battre en mousse le beurre, les oeufs, le sucre et le sucre vanillé. Ajouter la farine et la poudre à lever.

Laver la rhubarbe et la couper finement. Ajouter à la pâte, bien mélanger.

Cuire environ 60 minutes au four préchauffé à 180 – 200°C.
