Ingrédients

2 tasses 

de fleurs de dents-de-lion

1 l 

d’eau

1 kg 

de sucre

20 g 

d’acide citrique

40 g 

de pectine de pommes

Recette

Comme pour un sirop, porter à ébullition l’eau, les fleurs et l’acide citrique, laisser tirer deux jours et passer à la passoire.

Ajouter le sucre et la pectine de pommes et cuire pendant 4 minutes.

Verser dans des verres et fermer hermétiquement.
