Ingrédients

7.5 dl 

de Rosé de Garanoir

1 kg 

de sucre gélifiant

1⁄3 c.c. 

de cannelle

Recette

Faites bouillir le vin pour que l'alcool s'évapore.

Ajoutez le sucre et la cannelle et portez à ébullition en remuant constamment. Faire bouillir pendant 4 minutes et verser dans des verres.

Se marie bien avec les crêpes, les rôtis, la bourguignonne, le gibier ou même un plateau de fromage.
