Laissez l'eau mijoter tranquillement pour que les boulettes ne se désintègrent pas

Ingrédients

150 g

de farine

1 kg

de pommes de terre

2

oeufs

2 cs

d'herbes aromatiques (persil, thym, romarin)

1 pincée

de sel

poivre, noix de muscade

Recette

Ecraser les pommes de terre cuites une fois refroidies, assaisonner, ajouter la farine, incorporer les oeufs, pétrir. 

Ajouter les herbes, pétrir encore une fois.

Former des boulettes et les cuire 25 minutes dans de l'eau bouillante.
