Ingrédients

800 g 

de pommes de terre

aromate, poivre

5 dl 

de crème

Recette

Peler les pommes de terre et les couper en rondelles. Les disposer dans un moule à gratin graissé. Assaissoner. Verser la crème par dessus les pommes de terre jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient juste couvertes.

Cuire env. une heure au four préchauffé à 200 dégrés.
