Ingrédients

blancs d’oeufs

1 pincée 

de sel

100 g 

sucre

120 g 

noisettes moulues

80 g 

panure maison

Recette

Battre les blancs d’oeufs en neige. Ajouter le sucre peu à peu jusqu’à l’obtention d’une masse brillante.

Ajouter les noisettes et la panure. Mélanger. Former des boules avec deux cuillères à café. Déposer sur une plaque et laisser sécher quelques heures.

Cuisson: au milieu du four à 240 °C durant env. 3 à 5 minutes.
