Ingrédients

2 tasses

de fleurs de dents-de-lion

1 l 

d’eau

1 kg 

de sucre

20 g 

d’acide citrique

citron, jus

Recette

Comme pour le sirop, porter à ébullition l’eau, les fleurs et l’acide citrique, laisser tirer deux jours et passer à la passoire.

Ajouter le sucre et le jus de citron. Laisser mijoter le tout à petit feu jusqu’à ce que la masse soit visqueuse.

Le jus de citron évite que le liquide ne se cristallise.
