Une recette de

Ingrédients

50 g 

de sucre

jaune d’oeuf

60 g 

de séré

4 c.c. 

de cannelle moulue

1 dl 

de crème

feuille de gélatine

un peu 

de jus de citron

100 g 

de couverture blanche

Recette

Battre le sucre et le jaune d’oeuf en mousse. Ajouter le séré et la cannelle. Fouetter la crème.

Dissoudre la gélatine dans un peu de jus de citron et ajouter.

Ajouter la couverture, bien mélanger et mettre au frais pendant quelques heures.
