oeufs durs

3 c.s.

de séré

un peu

de moutarde

5 c.s.

de mayonnaise

un peu

de sel, poivre, paprika

Recette

Couper les oeufs durs en deux et mettre les jaunes d’oeufs dans un saladier. Ajouter le reste des ingrédients et réduire en purée. Mettre le mélange dans une poche à douille et remplir les moitiés d’oeufs. Décorer à volonté avec de la ciboulette.
