Ingrédients

500 g 

de fromage râpé grossièrement

gousses d’ail coupées en fines tranches

oeuf

30 g 

de beurre

1 c.s. 

de moutarde

noix de muscade, poivre, aromates

Recette

Bien mélanger tous les ingrédients et répartir le mélange sur des tranches de baguette coupées dans le sens de la longueur.

Cuire 15 à 20 minutes au four préchauffé à 200°C.
