Ingrédients

800 g 

de farine bise

200 g 

de farine blanche ou Graham

1 c.s. 

de sel

6.5 dl 

d‘eau

40 g 

de levure

200 g 

de lard en dés

Recette

Rôtir le lard en dés et laisser refroidir. Préparer une pâte levée et laisser monter pendant une heure.

Y pétrir le lard. Cuire à 190 °C pendant 20 minutes.
