Ingrédients

1 kg 

de choucroute cuite

16 

tranches de jambon

assaisonnement en poudre, poivre, sel

tranches de fromage à raclette

1.5 dl 

de crème

Recette

Répartir la choucroute sur les tranches de jambon puis enrouler celles-ci.

Les disposer dans un plat à gratin et assaisonner. Arroser de crème et recouvrir avec les tranches de fromage à raclette entières.

Cuire au four à 200°C pendant 15 à 20 minutes.
