Ingrédients

Viande

steaks de porc

Marinade

1.5 dl 

d‘huile

gousse d‘ail

marjolaine

2 c.s. 

de paprika, doux

1 c.c. 

de sel

poivre

romarin

Croûte aux herbes

5 g 

de romarin

10 g 

de thym citron

20 g 

de ciboulette

10 g 

de marjolaine

70 g 

de beurre de cuisine

50 g 

de panure

70 g 

de fromage Gruyère, râpé

Recette

Mélanger les ingrédients et bien pétrir le tout.

Mettre au frais.

Rôtir les steaks marinés 3 minutes de chaque côté.

Les mettre de côté et répartir la masse aux herbes par-dessus.

Cuire les steaks de porc dans le haut du four pulsé préchauffé à 230 °C ou les gratiner si possible sous la salamandre.
