Ingrédients

oeufs

4 dl 

de lait

1 dl 

d’eau

3 cs 

de sucre

1 cc 

de sel

250 g 

de farine d’épeautre mi-blanche

3 dl 

de crème fouettée

confiture, fruits frais

Recette

Préparer une pâte à crêpes avec tous les ingrédients jusqu’à la farine.

Cuire ensuite les crêpes et les laisser refroidir. Badigeonner alternativement les crêpes froides de confiture et de crème fouettée et les empiler pour former une tourte.

Terminer par la crème fouettée et garnir de fruits frais.
