Une recette de

Ingrédients

400 g 

de chocolat noir

170 g 

de beurre

5 c.s. 

de lait

jaunes d’oeufs

340 g 

de sucre glace

de granulés en chocolat

1⁄2 dl 

d’eau-de-vie de damassine

Recette

Faire fondre le beurre et le chocolat au bain-marie. Y ajouter le sucre glace.

Ajouter petit à petit les jaunes d’oeufs, le lait, bien mélanger et ajouter en dernier la damassine. Laisser reposer la masse au frais durant 24 heures.

Former des petites boules et les rouler dans les granulés.
