de maïs bramata

7.5 dl 

d'eau de lait

bouillon en cubes ou en poudre

2-3 

tomates séchées

de poireau

100 g 

fromage récent

Recette

Mélanger le tout, bien assaisonner et mettre dans un bol.

Cuire à la vapeur pendant 45 minutes à 100 degrés.

Cuire brièvement à l'air chaud à la fin de la cuisson, au goût.
